What the regulator found

The PCAOB found that from 2017 to 2019 audit partners and other personnel at Deloitte Philippines engaged in widespread answer sharing on training tests, and cited an "inappropriate tone at the top." The firm consented without admitting or denying the findings. A former firm leader was separately censured, fined and barred.1
